FAQ
Everything you need to know before starting your architecture or interior design project in Brasília.
How much does a project cost and how is the price calculated?
The price depends on the type of project (architecture, interiors or both), the area in square metres and the complexity: number of rooms, level of detail and whether site supervision is included.
After a first conversation, we send a proposal with the scope and a fixed price, with no surprises along the way.
What is included in the project?
It depends mainly on the package you choose. Each package has a defined scope, and from the proposal onwards you know exactly what you will receive. In general:
In an architecture project: preliminary study, schematic design with 3D images, permit drawings for approval and construction drawings with every detail for the build.
In an interior design project: layout, custom joinery, lighting, finishes, furniture specification and 3D images of every room.
How long does it take from start to delivery?
It depends on the size and type of project. An interior design project usually takes a few weeks; a complete house, a few months. The timeline for each stage is set in the contract before we start.
Do you supervise construction?
Yes, as a separate package, contracted apart from the design. We offer site supervision, with visits to make sure everything is built as designed, and construction advisory, with support choosing suppliers, quotes and schedule.
Do you serve my city? Do you work online?
We serve Brasília and the whole Federal District, including Lago Sul, Lago Norte, Jardim Botânico, Park Way, Águas Claras, Taguatinga and Plano Piloto, as well as the surrounding area, Goiânia and Palmas.
We also design online for other cities, with video meetings and all materials delivered as files.
How many revisions can I ask for?
Each stage includes rounds of adjustments, set out in the proposal, so the result is exactly what you imagine before moving on to the next phase.
Can I reuse furniture I already have?
Yes, and we encourage it. In the initial survey we map what you want to keep, and the design integrates those pieces into the new spaces.
Do you do just a consultation or a single room?
Yes. Besides complete projects, we offer interior consultations, one-off advice on colours, materials, furniture and lighting, and single-room projects such as a kitchen, a living room or a bedroom.
Do I need to already own the property or plot?
Not necessarily. We can help before you buy, assessing the potential of the plot or property, what can be built or renovated and whether it meets your needs.
Do you handle approval with the administration and the condominium?
Yes. We prepare the permit drawings and handle approval with the Federal District authorities, such as the regional administration, and with the condominium, following each one’s rules.
